Answer ... they're an Icelandic band called 'Nylon' (seriously!) In fact they are Iceland's biggest selling pop band (signed up as Westlife’s official support act on their forty eight date European tour ) and they have just released their No 1 (in Iceland) single 'Losing a Friend' in the UK. You can listen to it by clicking on the photo above.... it's quite singable!
If you watch the accompanying video you'll catch lots of glimpses of the scenery in the south of Iceland which we will see during our visit including the sea stacks at Reynisdranger.
Legend has it that the black basalt stacks are trolls which were turned to stone.
